Our team has successfully hauled critical materials including specialty flooring systems, security fencing, and construction materials for Department of Homeland Security detention facilities—projects that demand precision, accountability, and strict compliance standards.

Our growth didn’t stop there. LP Ranch Logistics has also been trusted to transport aerospace components, including critical items used in SpaceX rocket programs. These high-value, mission-critical loads require exact timing, specialized handling, and flawless execution—standards we proudly uphold.

We have also played a crucial role in the oil and gas sector, specifically within the directional drilling industry. Our team has transported specialized equipment including rotors, stators, and other critical drilling components, often under tight timelines tied to major company acquisitions. These projects demand extreme precision, confidentiality, and the ability to execute under pressure—capabilities our veteran-led team consistently delivers.

Philip Anthony McCulloch Jr., known simply as Mac, is a United States Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, and founder of LP Ranch Logistics LLC. His life and leadership are built on perseverance, discipline, and an unwavering pride in serving his country.

Mac enlisted in the United States Marine Corps at just 17 years old, beginning a career defined by sacrifice, resilience, and leadership. From day one, he embraced the Marine Corps values of honor, courage, and commitment—principles that continue to guide him in both life and business. His service instilled a mission-first mindset, relentless work ethic, and the ability to lead under pressure.

A combat veteran, Mac served on multiple deployments and held leadership roles in demanding environments where teamwork and accountability meant the difference between success and failure. He earned meritorious promotions and was trusted to lead Marines in high-stress situations, demonstrating exceptional character and responsibility well beyond his years.

His service and sacrifice were recognized through multiple military decorations, reflecting his courage, professionalism, and dedication to his fellow Marines. These honors stand as a testament to his commitment to excellence.

After sustaining combat-related injuries, Mac was medically retired from the Marine Corps. Even in transition, his sense of purpose never wavered. He carried the lessons of service into civilian life, determined to continue serving in a new way.

That mission led him to found LP Ranch Logistics LLC—a veteran-owned, majority veteran-run company built on the same values that shaped him in uniform. Under his leadership, the company operates with an America-First mindset, delivering dependable, high-standard logistics services while creating opportunities for fellow veterans to thrive in business.

Mac leads by example from the front. He sets the standard, holds himself accountable, and demands excellence from himself and his team. Perseverance is not just a trait—it is a way of life. From combat zones to the front lines of the logistics industry, he proves that grit, discipline, and integrity never go out of style.
